Mercy is an associate at Reynolds, C. & Co. Ltd and has a strong litigation background and experience across corporate, commercial and regulatory matters. She has represented and advised local and international clients in civil and commercial disputes and brings strategic insight to her transactional and advisory work. Her areas of practice include debt recovery, corporate and commercial law, intellectual property law, particularly copyright law, labour law, and regulatory compliance. Mercy also contributes to legal commentary on commercial and regulatory developments and recently authored an article examining entry routes for foreign investors into Ghana’s mining sector.
