Bio

Alice is the managing partner of Reynolds. With more than 30 years of experience in corporate and commercial law, as well as commercial dispute resolution and litigation. She is known for her thorough and solutions oriented approach and has successfully represented a broad spectrum of clients, including multinational corporations, financial institutions, and oil and gas companies operating in Ghana. She has worked with an array of national and international companies and served as external counsel for cross-border transactions. Her areas of practice include, commercial litigation and dispute resolution, shipping and maritime law, company law (private and public/listed companies), company secretarial services, regulatory and compliance, commercial law, and mergers and acquisitions.
