Alice R Chinebuah, Esq. is the Managing Partner of Reynolds, C & Co. With over 30 years of experience in corporate and commercial law, as well as commercial litigation, she is widely respected for her thorough, solutions-oriented approach and negotiation skills. Alice has successfully represented a diverse portfolio of clients, including multinational corporations and major oil and gas companies operating in Ghana. She advises on complex local and cross-border transactions, serving as external counsel on matters that cut across industries such as upstream and downstream petroleum, and shipping. Her practice areas span commercial litigation, maritime law, company law, corporate governance company secretarial services, as well as regulatory and compliance advisory.
